**Your Opportunity**:
Due to our continued success and growth, it is time to appoint an enthusiastic and committed office administrator/resourcer to support the founder and Director, Louise Rowe, in helping elevate and drive key initiatives to streamline systems and processes, ensure excellence in customer service deliverables, assist in identifying talent and continuing to deepen our standing in the property industry. This position is packed with variety You will be tasked with special projects and day-to-day administration and resourcing duties. Sometimes, you might be out of your comfort zone, but rest assured, you will learn and grow with support and guidance.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Driving forward, monitoring and identifying efficiencies across our systems and being regarded as a champion in their integrity, such as Job Adder, Bright HR/Bright Safe, and Teams. Interface with relevant organisations to assist with this continuous improvement.
- Evaluating internal systems such as Teams/Sharepoint and improving the use and education of the library and data when necessary.
- Monitoring and overseeing the management and collation of WHS compliance and driving consultants to ensure processes are adhered to. Assisting in providing updates.
- Evaluate our marketing platforms and ensure we regularly post relevant and exciting information alongside our marketing consultant. Help review content when required.

- You will demonstrate experience in:_
- Systems, data and office administration, including the ability to identify and implement efficiencies.
- Customer experience and satisfaction and using your creative flair to connect with our audience,
- Recruitment - you might be new to or interested in joining the sector - knowledge of the commercial property industry is especially welcome, no matter how limited, but not essential.
- A team player who welcomes working in a collaborative, fun team and aligns with our values of being passionate, remarkable, trusted and diverse.
- You will ideally be tertiary qualified and possess a minimum of 1 year of experience with full working rights in Australia.
