The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Groups facilities across Melbourne and Canberra to ensure they are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

**About the opportunity**:

- **Facilities Management**: Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, repairs, and services across multiple locations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to operational standards.
- **Vendor & Contractor Management**: Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, handling quotes, contracts, and service agreements while ensuring timely, quality service delivery.
- **Maintenance & Repairs**: Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance, address maintenance requests promptly, and maintain inventory of tools and equipment.
- **Space & Resource Planning**: Assist with office space planning, office moves, and equipment management to meet operational requirements.
- **Budget & Documentation**: Track facility expenses, support budget planning, and maintain records of maintenance, contracts, and compliance documents, providing regular operational reports to management.

**About you**:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with building systems and maintenance requirements.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address facility issues.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring facility standards and compliance are consistently met.
