Our client is at the forefront of delivering outstanding communities for their clients in Residential Aged Care and are growing quickly. This newly created position will develop and maintain program profitability across their National portfolio of Residential homes. You will lead a team of Residential Admission Specialists ensuring maximisation of occupancy opportunities and the expansion of other related business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop, implement and manage a residential growth specific Business Plan ensuring alignment with the Strategic Marketing Plan;
- Drive business campaigns and vision to grow profitability to proactively re-shape through business and client demand evolution;
- Establish program forecasts, budgets and appropriate KPIs and successfully negotiate these targets with the internal sales team and other key stakeholders in the business development, marketing, and the respective Talent Acquisition team members for recruitment activities;
- Lead, manage and develop a high performing sales team
- Proactively undertake comparative analysis across services
- Engage with customers on their sales journey; and

You will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in one of the following: Business Marketing/Sales, Property Economics, or the equivalent.
- Extensive experience at leading and managing a sales function at a state-wide or national level across a multi-site business.
- A successful career track record in meeting and exceeding sales forecasts and targets.
- Demonstrated ability to assess, evolve, lead, manage, support and retain operational teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to lead, coach, motivate and engage a sales team to drive and deliver outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and develop a team that proactively grows the sales function.
- Proven experience proactively driving leads and business development, with demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer-focused strategies.
- Proven experience in high level change management.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills, including intermediate computer skills specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Salesforce highly desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant funding requirements, regulations and industry standards an advantage.
