**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:

- 3 years of managerial experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience, preferably in an International Admissions role within a Higher Education context.
- Understanding of the Higher Education Standards Framework and ESOS.
- Highly developed managerial skills demonstrated in a process-driven environment of large-volume workflows.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, credible relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in the use of multiple admissions systems and platforms to lead process change and find efficiencies
