This role is a salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $139,787- $161,663 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and detailed-oriented individual to join Infrastructure NSW as the Manager, Parliamentary and Ministerial Services. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert advice and support to the executive team and lead the charge on all ministerial and parliamentary activities. This role requires a deep understanding of parliamentary processes as you will drive the development of ministerial briefs, guide inquiry preparation and offer strategic direction that directly supports the Chief Executive and the Minister’s Office.

Some of the key accountabilities for the role include:

- Leading and supporting team members and other INSW employees to prepare and draft quality and timely urgent ministerial briefs and parliamentary responses to meet best practice correspondence standards in line with requirements of the Chief Executive and Minister’s Office.
- Managing the preparation of Budget Estimates and Parliamentary inquiries, including identification of strategic issues and development of supporting material for Ministerial offices and Executives.
- Developing, implementing and reviewing innovative strategies for managing and improving Ministerial and Departmental correspondence, processes, guidelines and templates.
- Managing the provision of high-level quality assurance and review of all parliamentary documents to ensure consistent messaging across INSW and alignment with Whole of Government positions.
