Our client is part of one of the largest organisations in Australia with around 81,000 people located across the state, dedicated to providing world class services and supporting vibrant and inclusive communities. They are looking for dedicated Call Centre Operators join their dynamic team in Parramatta to start from the 15th of January 2024 in a 12 month contract

This role requires individuals who are used to working in high pressure environments and are dedicated to providing support and improving business processes.

**The Job..**

Reporting through to a Team Leader, in this exciting contract opportunity you will be responsible for:

- Acting as the first point of contact within a high-volume contact centre environment, ensuring an excellent experience every time.
- Responding to general customer enquiries promptly and attentively, ensuring departmental confidentiality policies are met at all times.
- Recognising and referring complex issues and enquiries to the relevant teams, ensuring quick resolution of all customer queries.
- Maintaining knowledge of departmental policies, legislation and business processes, ensuring the efficient and effective response to customer needs.
- Maintaining accurate records in a Customer Management System to ensure that all queries can be dealt with in a timely manner.

To qualify for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the personal qualities below:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a high-volume contact centre environment.
- Experience in navigating large and complex organisations, particularly within sectors such as banking and finance or government would be advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across several systems simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
