This is a fantastic role if you are looking to start your career and want to help people across the community. Our client is looking for a Receptionist/ Call Centre Operator who will be based in Sydney CBD.

**The role**
- Support the customer through their claims process,
- Managing a high volume of calls and queries from both internal and external stakeholders
- Database management
- ensure reports and data is correctly inputted into the system
- Ad hoc administration and reporting

**Your background**
- 12 months experience in the insurance industry preferred but not essential
- Administration experience, supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
- Take pride in your work and its quality, providing strong attention to detail
- A customer-centric approach, with care at the heart of what you do
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to the needs of the customer and stakeholders
- Reliable team player who works towards a shared goal

**The benefits**
- $55,000-$70,000 Plus Super dependent on experience
