**Duties**:

- Client bookings
- Scheduling and managing installation and maintenance work schedules
- Liaising with customers and subcontractors
- Following up on job completions, accounts and payments
- Invoicing
- Data entry using internal database system
- Managing issues and responding to queries
- Providing assistance to the Line Manager and Production/Installation teams
- General administrative tasks as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in the windows and doors installation industry is preferred, however, those with previous administration and scheduling experience will also be considered
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines and not be afraid to use your initiative to problem solve and ‘have a go’
- Strong attention to detail
- Well presented, reliable, friendly and professional
