About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Installation Coordinator to join our team at Canon. As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation of our products from point of sale through to training. This will involve effective planning and coordination with customers and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities


  • Coordinating the installation process to ensure that agreed configurations, processes, and standards are met
  • Liaising with customers to keep them informed throughout the installation process
  • Managing installation targets and ensuring that systems are in place to achieve an excellent customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate record-keeping within systems to provide visibility to the business
  • Liaising with sales, service, logistics providers, and other stakeholders as required
  • Reviewing, reporting, and recommending initiatives
