**About the Company**
Our client is well established supplier, designer and manufacturer of Office Furniture with a focus on quality, innovative design and customer service. Catering for both small and large organisations, our clients’ projects can range from 5K to 500K + supplying office furniture from either an extensive in-house range through to custom design and build. Their client base covers all industry sectors including large corporate entities, executive, government, retail, health, mining and small to medium business.
Due to an increase in business activity, our client is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their team based in Canning Vale.
**Working Days & Hours**
- **Location**:Canning Vale
- **Working Days**:Monday to Friday
- **Working Hours**:8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**About the Role**
As a Project Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working closely with team members in the following department;
- **Operations**:
- **Installation / Fit Out**:
- **Manufacturing**:
- **Sales**:
- **Finance**
The Project Administrator will be focussing on the following activities that include.
- **Scheduling**: Scheduling 2 to 3 Installation Teams for Office Fit Outs. Liaising with Procurement & Manufacturing to ensure products will be delivered or manufactured prior to installation date
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in Coordinating Installation Team ensuring that all products for projects will be delivered or manufactured in time for the installations
- Client Documentation:
- **Project Administration**: Creating client files that include Office Layout Plans, Bill of Materials, Schedules, Client Contacts & Special Instructions used by Installation & Manufacturing Team
- **Logistics**: Coordinating in-house or 3rd Part Logistics & Trasport companies for pick up and / or delivery of products to site or Canning Vale warehouse
- **Contractor Management**: Ensuring 3rd Party Contractors carrying out installations meet compliance such as Business Registration, Insurances & OH&S Systems in place prior to carrying out work
- **Client Services**: Maintaining regular contact with clients regarding scheduled installations, delays or updates
- **Mine Site / Regional Projects**: Ensuring all client inductions & medicals are completed & submitted to clients for onboarding to mine sites. Ensuring flights are booked & transport is organised
- **Budgets**: Creating & Updating project budgets & flagging any over runs
- **Operations Support**: Assisting the Operations Manager in Day to Day operations
- **Admin Support**: Assist in Admin Support across Operations, Manufacturing, Installations, Sales, Finance & Procurement
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator that has worked in similar role in the following business categories;

- **Residential & Commercial Furniture**
You will have advanced Business Administration skills in order to carry out the administrative duties of the role across all areas, such as word processing, database and CRM management, document control, systems & procedures, budgets, contract interpretation and reporting.

**Remuneration**
This is a permanent role and depending on key factors such as;
- **Experience in Office Furniture - Supply or Manufacture**:
- **Experience in Project Administration**
The salary range will between
- **60K to 65K + Super**
