About the role

The Property Services Project Coordinator will support the Construction Business Partner in the refurbishment, fit-out and relocation of Blood Donor Centres and other construction projects as required by the organisation. This role will undertake end-to-end project support activities, following agreed processes and utilising specialist expertise to inform decision-making, to recommend and develop business solutions, and to identify opportunities for improvement.

An important function of this role will have oversight of accounts reconciliation, order generation, coordination to ensure TGA Audit Requirements are met aligned to Lifeblood process, as well as undertake project related administrative functions and smaller implementations into DC and/or our principle sites.

Experience supporting complex projects in multi-disciplined teams and resource constrained environments

Demonstrated Knowledge of building compliance and council regulation

Proven experience in Capital Expenditure reporting and reconciliation.

Knowledge of workplace WHS policies and procedures.

A high level of interpersonal, negotiation and consultation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with a range of internal and external clients and stakeholders

Proven attention to detail and accuracy in the production of quality documentation, reports and provision of commentary, papers, minutes and memos.

Relevant business or specialist tertiary qualifications and experience in a similar environment or field.

This is a full-time fixed term contract until the end of June 2025. It is a hybrid WFH/Office role with some flexibility on location, preferably Melbourne or Sydney.
