Projects Coordinator

As the Projects Coordinator within our Property team, you will be responsible to assist project managers with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. This position will also offer Project Coordination support across the Property Department.
This is a 12-month contract in a part-time capacity.
**In this role you will**
- Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams
- Documenting and following up on important action items from meetings
- Understanding formal escalation and review processes
- Work collaboratively with the wider business by supporting data entry, invoicing and reporting requirements associated with Property.
- Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on-time.
- Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested.
- Review contract requirements and process invoices in timely manner.
- Interact with various teams to coordinate project activities.
- Work to continually improve organisational systems and processes to maximise employee efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity to deliver quality outcomes.
**Skills you’ll bring**
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar, customer focused, administrative role in the property industry preferable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a wider variety of office support duties, self-motivated and reliable.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with a flexible approach to manage competing demands.
- Advanced computer skills with high levels of accuracy with Microsoft Office suite of programs e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Proactive and motivated work ethic and ability to work unsupervised.
- Exceptional ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment.
