Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs means that as a business we are continuously growing and as a result, we are looking for Full Time Customer Service Support Consultants to join our team in our Canning Vale, Perth location.

This position is part of the National Government Funded team and has scheduled hours from 7am to 3 pm Monday to Friday.

As part of our National Government Funded team, you will be helping our Home Care Package and NDIS customers, their families and their providers.

**In this role, you will**:

- Outbound new HCP and NDIS customer referrals
- Answer calls from HCP and NDIS customers
- Provide accurate information about how the Lite n' Easy HCP and NDIS programs work
- Assist customers with NDIS quotes and queries
- Show empathy for people needing support and encouragement

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- 3-5 years experience in a Customer Service role
- Able to complete NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Able to complete NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Be flexible and adaptable to change
