**The Opportunity**

**The Role**
A traditional Executive Assistant role that requires a high-level of confidentiality dealing with high-end properties as well as engagement with the team and suppliers across multiple office locations.
Reporting directly to the Director, the EA will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Director’s ability to effectively lead the organization.
This is a diverse, hands-on role which requires professionalism, interpersonal skillfulness, energy and high attention to detail.
**Tasks include but are not limited to**:
- Assist the Director in dealing high-end properties
- Provide sophisticated calendar management
- Liaise with Clients and other businesses
- Preparation of training material for Directors
- Oversee the implementation of the Company’s sales and property management strategies
- Support team members to ensure they are able to meet their deadlines
- Coordinate conference and travel arrangements for the team
- Attend meetings to take minutes and distribute action plans as required
**About You**
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as an EA or real estate professional with strong admin background
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Excellent attention to detail and work output
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Provide high standards of customer service to internal and external customers at all times
- Mature minded, professional and well presented
- Possess faultless knowledge of the legal requirements of real estate sales
- Know your way around all relevant correspondence and documents
