Duties and responsibilities include:
- Build and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Manage end-to-end administration and process functions
- Policy administration
- System and workflow management
- Continues improvement
- Other tasks and project work as required
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- You love a challenge and can solve the most complicated of problems
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong administration experience - insurance preferred
- Excellent computer skills
