We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Finance Administrator to join our supportive and collaborative team.

You will enjoy a diverse role working across multiple projects, with various business units and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on finance, systems and reporting.

**Tasks and responsibilities include;**
- Project coordination; overseeing time frames, process flows, org charts, documentation & analytics
- Providing extensive administrative support to a new VET traineeship with the ourse team, ensuring compliance and administering various data reports
- Supporting finance team; raising invoices, financial reporting, administrating government funding and more
- Experience in supporting a team and delivering on project outcomes
- Finance admin experience including reporting, you will be system savvy having worked across various software platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, priding yourself on your time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive, self motivated and confident approach to managing your workload, you love taking ownership

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a training or education setting would be advantageous but not essential
- Business degree or relevant study field
