Project Administrator

The position
Meeting coordination, preparing relevant documentation, and taking accurate minutes
Performing general administrative duties as required
Providing project support services to support the efficient working of the teams.
Data entry into SAP systems
Create forecasts, purchase orders and invoices
Run monthly reports
Consolidate reports
Assisting with project documentation, reports, and communication.
Providing administrative support to project managers
Other ad-hoc administration duties, as required.
Invoicing and accounts administration
3 years' experience in an Administrative or Office Support role
Excellent customer service skill set and confident in communication (verbal and written)
Evidence of minute-taking and generating actions from meetings
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities
Prior experience in project administration or a related field is a plus
