Permanent role for a HR & Administration Coordinator. Pyrmont/CBD location with WFH flex. Competitive salary
**Your new company**
A global leader in shipping and container transportation. Based in Pyrmont but moving back to Sydney CBD location over the next few months. Offering WFH flexibility 2 days per week once getting settled within the role.
**Your new role**
- Providing timely assistance to staff regarding HR related inquiries
- Provide support to team with updating job descriptions, advertising, scheduling interviews, reference and background checking.
- Assist with onboarding and exiting procedures
- Coordinating and setting up of training sessions
- Administration of training database
- Maintaining employee HR files to ensure legal compliance
- Staff Functions and Events
- Administration of Reward/Recognition & Years of Service Program
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
- General office management including ordering office stationery/supplies, kitchen maintenance.
- Organise all company domestic/international travel and accommodation.
- Monitoring and ensuring that the office facilities are well maintained.
- PA Tasks as requested by Managing Director.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR administrative function preferable
- Advance Experience in Microsoft office highly regarded
- Attention to Detail
