**Your new company**
An established and prominent College in the heart of Sydney CBD has an exciting opportunity for a Timetabling Coordinator to join their team to coordinate and schedule all timetabling activities. The organisation provides themselves on being student-centric and providing a positive & engaging environment for student experience.

**Your new role**
You will be providing a centralised Administration role to coordinate all timetabling activities and working closely with the other Timetabling Coordinator and Education Services Manager. You will be touching on all steps of the student lifecycle. This role will be responsible for delivering timetable solutions that utilise effectively the teaching classroom space that meets the needs of stakeholders and students.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have had similar previous experience working in within an education administration role and ideally previous Timetabling administration experience. You will need to have a high level of attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You would need to possess advanced computer skills and be competent using student, learning management and timetabling software systems. This position would suit a dynamic people person, who is highly organised and is able to anticipate resource needs to ensure effective delivery of the programmes. You will be pro-active and have foresight to plan ahead and manage work load effectively to ensure efficient operations of the School. You will be a great problem solving, with strong data management and analytical skills.
