We have an amazing opportunity for a Audience Engagement Officer to join the CPAC team. Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre is a cultural facility part of Liverpool City Council. Each year we bring this to life over 400 events and activities. After 25 years we are now truly embedded within our community and Greater Sydney, becoming a place of civic pride, home to major community and cultural events and generating exhibitions, festival, and interactive creative opportunities across all art forms.

**A**B**O**U**T** **T**HE** **ROLE**

The Audience Engagement Officer is a pivotal team player and provides front line support to the CPAC team while responsible for providing high level of customer service. The role is a position that requires high levels of attention to detail, exceptional customer service delivery and the ability to resolve problems, sometimes before they occur. This job has it all. One day you might be assisting with ticketing, setting up an event, or selling items from the CPAC shop.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate their competency in the following essential areas:

- Experience in a Customer service-related role
- Demonstrated Administration, Organizational and Cash handling experience
- Events, Hospitality and / or Ticketing experience beneficial
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
