**About the Agency**

The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) vision is to empower all people to live fulfilling lives and achieve their potential in inclusive communities with a focus on breaking, rather than managing, disadvantage.

The Housing Contact Centre (HCC) is a 24/7 operation of approx. 450 staff. The centre delivers NSW clients access to social housing services, including Link2home crisis accommodation, Social Housing Applications and Rentstart bond loan.

Our Learning and Development team provide all training in the HCC and adapt to the changing training needs of our staff. The team have an outstanding reputation across the whole of DCJ for developing and delivering ongoing training in our state-of-the-art training facilities.

The role offers a generous salary package and internal career progression, as well as flexible work agreements, including some ability to work from home.

**The Role**
- Deliver training, including developing materials and training solutions.
- Co-ordinate training and development solutions delivered to the business to ensure Contact Centre customer service objectives are achieved.
- Deliver the training agenda flexibly, adjust to audience reaction and learning challenges experienced by the participants to ensure competency within the constraints of a structured, time limited delivery program.
- Contribute to a process of continual improvement through the identification of training evaluation measures for each training and development solution created, integrating learning into future design, development, and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective interface between training solution and business planning, resourcing, and delivery.
- Work effectively with team members towards mutual continued development and to seek feedback on tasks undertaken.

**Essential Requirements**
- Certificate IV - Training and Assessment - TAE40116.
- Ability to travel occasionally to various locations across NSW.
