**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Injury Management Case Specialist is responsible for providing specialised WHS operational services with a specific focus on work related injury management and workers compensation to ensure cases are managed appropriately. You will have the opportunity to support our injured employees on safe and durable return to work programs. In addition, you will?provide guidance and support to our line managers and business partners in effective management of non-work-related injuries. You will use your skills and knowledge to implement initiatives and programs which will have a positive impact on the physical and psychological injury elements as part of the TAFE NSW WHS management system.

**Essential requirements**
- Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and industry experience, Advanced Return
to Work Coordinator course and unrestricted current NSW Driver’s Licence
- RTW certificate - In line with SafeWork NSW
- Knowledge of Safe Work NSW legislation
- Class C driver’s license with the capacity to travel for TAFE NSW business purposes as required.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description
