Job Summary

We are seeking a Workers Compensation Specialist - Case Management to join our diverse team based in Tweed Heads. As a key member of our Case Management teams, you will provide up-to-date technical guidance on compensation payment schemes and assist in their administration.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time, permanent or 12-month contract position based in our Tweed Heads office, with flexibility to work from home. Relocation allowance may be available for eligible candidates.
Your Responsibilities
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and work with the team to implement solutions that maximise case management effectiveness.
  • Ensure claims teams achieve performance and KPI targets as set out in the Business Unit performance framework.
  • In conjunction with the Team Leader, develop and implement effective strategies to support the achievement of key performance measures.
About You
  • You have strong technical experience in workers' compensation claims.
  • You have proven experience coaching and mentoring case managers in the workers' compensation industry.
  • You have a demonstrated understanding and application of relevant NSW Workers Compensation laws and associated regulations.
  • You have previous experience working as a case manager or a technical specialist background.
