**About the role**:
We are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team looking after our Small-Medium business customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and highly engaged team with a great culture and become an integral part of the Officeworks B2B Sales team. Over the phone, you will manage a portfolio of up to 300 business accounts, providing an outstanding client experience. You will deliver profitable sales growth by understanding your customers unique business requirements and tailoring solutions to help make bigger things happen for them. You are confident in your sales approach and foster strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and growth potential is realised. As a team we aim to:
- KEEP - Our existing customers engaged and trading
- GROW - Identify, create and secure opportunities for category and revenue growth with our business customers
This role comes with excellent flexibility working from our Chadstone Head Office location working in a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in the office and the rest of your week from home if you choose. This is a full-time permanent opportunity to join our Business-to-Business Sales team as they go from strength to strength offering our business customers the very best Officeworks products and solutions.

- Strong customer service/sales experience in a B2B environment
- Experience with phone\video based sales
- The ability to build strong customer relationships
- You thrive in an activity focussed role
- Proven ability to problem solve, offer solutions and negotiate
- You are a strategic out of the box thinker
- Experience using salesforce is desirable
