We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our VIC team, focusing on South-east customer community or business customers in Melbourne's western suburbs.

Your key responsibility will be to support customers on the road, building relationships and acquiring new medium and large-sized business clients. You will have a drive for identifying growth opportunities, onboard new clients, and establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships.

The role is instrumental in the growth of Officeworks' B2B offer, and it's an excellent time to join our Business team as they continue to expand.

About the Role:
  • You will build relationships and connections with stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, presenting tailored solutions that enhance businesses and foster partnerships.
  • Seek new business account opportunities within a portfolio of medium to large customers in your designated area.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities.
  • Set account plans through high-level account planning, base coverage, and insightful customer conversations.
  • Work with the wider team of Business Specialists to generate leads and build your personal brand within the customer community.

About You:

You are self-motivated, client-centric, and thrive on building new relationships. With a minimum of 2 years demonstrated sales and/or business development experience in a B2B environment, you possess:

  • A strong ability to build long-term, profitable relationships with business customers.
  • A thorough understanding of identifying and meeting customer needs while maximizing satisfaction.
  • In-field sales experience, identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce.

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
