The Role

  • Improve Merchandise systems and processes for productivity and efficiency.
  • Run projects with Merchandise and IT teams.
  • Work in a hybrid and flexible environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Merchandise Business Analyst to join our Commercial team. You'll support and drive systems and process improvement, enabling productivity and efficiency within the team and business.

You'll run projects on behalf of the Commercial team, using a project methodology. You'll coordinate resources, communications, and test plans to support internal projects.

Your ability to engage with stakeholders and end-users will see you supporting the Commercial team to compile business requirements and prepare and present business cases.

Ability to build and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business is key to this role, with a focus on working closely with IT to develop systems to automate processes and tasks.

About You

You'll be a qualified project management methodology expert with business experience and established exposure to Merchandise systems and processes.

A confident communicator with an analytical and solutions mindset, you'll be able to influence and present to all key stakeholders, achieving positive outcomes and process improvements.

  • Process management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to analyse complex processes and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Computer literacy and technical orientation with intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to drive outcomes under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confident communicator.
