The Opportunity

This is a fabulous opportunity

for a

Sales Administrator

to join a proud consulting firm at the forefront of Australian infrastructure.

Our sales team take pride in delivering accurate, consistent and deadline driven information to the business.

Reporting to and supporting the Sales Administration Manager, the role is responsible for system updates, administration, and report production and analysis. The majority of your time will be spent working with

Salesforce

data and creating files for bids and tenders, ensuring compliance (process, procedure and legal), in support of our growth strategy.

Who are you?

**Other key attributes include**:
A passion for data and problem solving

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Excel formulas and Macros, and Visio

Working knowledge of financial systems and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce and Documentum would be an advantage)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build trust based, value adding relationships with people across all levels of the business

Demonstrated capability working independently and within a team in a deadline driven environment.
