**About the role**
**Main tasks**: You will work in a generalist human resources role, supporting the business in the Asia-Pacific region

**Other tasks**:

- **Provide** recruitment support, including posting job ads, booking interviews and producing contracts
- **Support** team managers with any new hire onboarding and orientation
- **Maintain** information systems and software internally
- **Oversee** the employee record keeping, ensuring legal compliance
- **Manage** the administration of employee information as required
- **Liaise** with the different business departments, particularly the payroll team

- Experience in a human resources administration position
- Strong administration skills, including in Microsoft and HR software (ideally, Oracle or similar)
- Excellent written & verbal communication, plus strong interpersonal skills

**You will be highly regarded if you also have**:

- The ability to speak, write, & read Mandarin (not essential)
- Studied human resources or similar qualifications (in progress or completed)
