- Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new customers to trade through CoinFlip Preferred OTC.-
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.-
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies.-
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.-
- Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.-
- Negotiate and close partnership deals with potential clients and partners.-
- Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives.-
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.-
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.-
- Develop and manage a pipeline of business development opportunities.-
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends.-
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.-
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements.-
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development activities.-
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership agreements.-
- Other duties as assigned.- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, preferred.-
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.-
- Lead generation expertise including proficiency using CRM tools, Linkedin SalesNavigator, and other platforms.-
- Proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships.-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.-
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.-
- Experience with market research and analysis.-
- Ability to travel as needed for business development activities.-
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.- Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains.-
- General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency.-
