Due to continued growth and internal promotions, we are currently seeking an experienced and passionate After-Sales Support / Customer Service Consultant to join our growing and dynamic team. Located on-site in Oakleigh in newly refurbished offices, this role offers the opportunity to learn and develop and provide exceptional customer service to buyers of our top of the range, luxury products. This is a role that will offer you both exciting challenges and continuous support within a close knit team environment and would ideally suit someone wanting to move away from a fast paced call centre environment.

**About the role**

Responsibilities include:

- All aspects of sales support representation whilst providing outstanding customer support of premium brands;
- Manage customer correspondence post purchase; delivery updates, invoice management, customer product and technical enquiries;
- Follow up on all orders, liaising with the customer regularly to give updates on their purchase;
- Liaising with retailers to provide support and updates on product purchases, shipments and delivery times;
- Manage inventory adjustments, write offs, change overs and stocktakes;
- Identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Support customers in their purchasing decisions;
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer needs and selecting and explaining the best solution;
- Collect customer information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers as appropriate.

**Skills and experience**

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Previous experience in telephone based Sales Support or Customer Service;
- Experience using ERP software (experience with Pronto would be advantageous);
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Initiative to think outside the box to support our customers and retail partners;
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook;
- Experience of Zoho ticketing system would be advantageous, but by no means mandatory
- Ability to multi-task and manage several enquiries at once;
- Quick learner with ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment;
- Passion for customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond
- Team player who enjoys being part of a fun and dynamic team, whilst being empowered to work autonomously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
