**About the role**

To support continued business growth, our client is seeking a passionate Sales Lead Generator to hit the ground running in driving new clientele opportunities.

Using your exceptional sales skill, drive and initiative, you will be responsible for exploring, identifying and building rapport with prospects in this full-time role.

Your warm and welcoming demeanour, combined with your ability to think outside the box in your approach, means your prospective clients feel confident in the excellent services our client is renowned for providing.

Working alongside the Business Manager to achieve business outcomes and targets, you will be part of a tight-knit and cohesive team that work efficiently together.

**Duties**
- Researching and identifying quality leads using various methods
- Building rapport and business relationships with leads
- Managing a pipeline of prospects, identifying cold and warm leads
- Calendar, diary and appointment management
- Working to KPIs and targets
- Updating the database and ensuring information is entered accurately
- Other tasks as directed by the Business Manager

**About You**
- 4+ years’ experience with a proven track record in a similar role
- Excellent spoken communication skill - you have the gift of the gab
- Excellent written communication skill
- Ability to adapt and ‘think outside the box’
- Polite and respectful demeanour
- Self-motivated and enjoy meeting and exceeding targets
- Savvy with technology and utilising it to identify leads
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Competent use of Microsoft Office 365 skill including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous use of Salesforce software highly regarded
- Recent Police Check
