Our natural stone tile retail shop is looking for a professional Sales Consultant to join our team.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling our premium-quality natural stone tiles to our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
  • Present and demonstrate our products to customers in a professional and attractive manner
  • Provide expert advice on our products and services
  • Close sales and process customer orders
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through followup communication and excellent service
  • Build relationships with long standing customers and end clients

Requirements:

  • Ideally sales experience, preferably in a retail and/or B2B setting
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to learn and stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends
This is a full-time position with on-the-job training provided.
