**The Position**

Become part of a team who have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a sales driven client care team member to join our team.

Our day-to-day operation will challenge you to multitask. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating customer appointments, following up on existing quotes/leads, managing technician's daily routes and workload, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. As part of our team, we pride ourselves on offering comprehensive training leading to career growth. No cold calling is involved.

This is a full-time position working 5 days 9am - 5pm. We are happy for someone to work Mon-Friday or even have a weekday to themselves and work Saturdays, we are very accommodating and flexible. We are committed to providing a flexible work schedule which does require some flexibility in return.

**To be successful in this position you will be**

Someone who can work independently, sales driven, has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, exceptional customer service experience preferably in an inbound/outbound role but not essential. You must be quick to learn new processes and systems, take ownership of your role, and be a reliable team player.

**Salary**: Up to $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Oakleigh, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
