**About the role**

No day will be the same, as this varied role sits within our small inhouse development team and will be key in providing internal support on new and existing system functionality. In this role you will manage user adoption through staff training with an aim to increase internal system knowledge and you’ll review practices within the business. The position works closely with in-house Business Analysts and Developers to create and execute test scenarios.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

- Monitor, resolve and escalate issues logged by business users
- Perform system testing, to ensure that it meets requirements, business function and technical fit
- Participate in change management activities as directed to ensure all stakeholder expectations are met during and after project delivery
- Ensure procedures are updated to comply with current working practices

**About you (Key Selection Criteria)**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 3 years broad administration business experience or project support
- Strong attention to detail with a clear and methodical approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly build rapport with internal and external business stakeholders at all levels and foster strong relationships.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including listening, influencing and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to ‘learn’ the operation of a system through training, on the job experience and self-initiated discovery
- Ability to successfully multitask and be able to work well under pressure
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with cross functional teams at all levels
- Ability to work with little direction or oversight, adapt to ever-changing projects and ability to balance competing priorities
- Experience working with Salesforce is highly desirable but not essential
