**About the role**

The Case Support Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that UOW meets it’s legislative and duty of care obligations in managing and investigating the most serious, sensitive, and complex complaints, research misconduct and reports of serious wrongdoing. This position is the first point of contact for enquiries and is responsible for receiving and assessing incoming complaints and reports, managing simplex cases, and providing administrative and case management support to the Senior Manager Complaints and Complex Case Officers.
