**The Opportunity**
Our Customer Engagement Group is looking for an organised, personable and proactive Customer Engagement Executive Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will provide confidential and high-level administration support to the General Manager of Customer Engagement, and the Customer Engagement team more broadly through providing executive, and customer and community engagement project support.

**Day in the life **
- Provide confidential high level administrative advice and support to the General Manager and Branch Management team including coordinating information requests of the Group.
- Coordinate planning and delivery of customer and community engagement strategy roadmap activities including coordinating participant, research and engagement partner, and stakeholder involvement.
- Facilitate strategic customer and community engagement reviews and support organisational-wide insights sharing to build customer centric cultural awareness and inform strategic decision-making and service design.
- Coordinate development and lead delivery of the annual group plan to facilitate a positive and engaging culture.
- Prepare, coordinate, and edit correspondence, reports and presentations for the Executive and Board Meetings.
- Perform secretariat support as required for various committees, meetings, and events such as Reconciliation Action and Customer Strategy
- Participate in and contribute to organisational-wide cultural planning and change management projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate group risk and information management activities including follow-up of overdue actions and tasks captured in our systems.
- Coordinate branch and customer strategy planning days, team building activities and regular group communications and meetings.
- Arrange catering, travel and accommodation for staff within the Group when required and credit card reconciliation.
- Conduct specific research tasks to support the General Manager and the Group.
- Other duties within the employee’s skill, competence, and training.
- Experience in an Executive Assistant role is desirable.
- Experience in providing information and assistance to a range of stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Experience in public or stakeholder engagement planning support or delivery is desirable. Qualifications in or the ability to obtain International Association of Public Participation certification (IAP2) or similar.
- Sound analytical skills with the ability to research and provide written reports with recommendations.
- Knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures and processes including safety, quality, customer engagement and human resources.
- Excellent computer literacy skills including competency in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe.
- Accuracy in dealing with financial and other data.
