**The Role**
The Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Communications and Marketing team to enhance the Omni Marketing Brand and image.
It is responsible to the General Manager Development through the Communications Manager.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the planning and execution of communication and marketing strategies
- Develop ideas, write impactful content for a range of audiences, design, proof-read and edit company copy
- Implement creative and engaging communication activities focused on promoting Omni
- Event planning and assistance, coordinate logistics for events and tradeshows, including setup, pack down and promotional materials
- Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, social media, website and digital marketing
- Assist in the management of Omni’s social media accounts
- Conduct market research to enhance Omni’s communications and marketing strategy
- Analyse industry and social media trends and prepare and summarise performance analytics from social media platforms and the website
- Monitor and manage the Marketing team mailbox
- A high degree of integrity and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet objectives and targets for our clients
- High level technical writing skills
- Degree in communications/marketing or previous experience in a communication or marketing field.
- A strong commitment to upholding Omni’s values and ethical standards.

**Essential Requirements**
The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Ability to hold and maintain a current Australian Government Security Clearance
- Competence in Graphic Design software Indesign and Figma
- Competence in Social Media platforms LinkedIn and Instagram
