**Key duties**
- Manage an independent caseload of domestic Insurance Claims in a collaborative, supportive Repair Coordinator Team environment.
- Collaborate within CRA Internal Teams such as Supervisors to coordinate contractors ensuring the timely completion of Repairs.
- Adhere to and continually improve time-based Key Performance Indicators.
