Claims Resolution Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Claims Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying incentives and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
About the Role:
- You will communicate with customers and sales teams for all claim-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer experience.
- You will review and finalize outstanding claims and unpaid claims, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- You will endorse the terms and conditions of any sales deduction promotion requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- You will guide customers on the 'What & How' when submitting a claim, providing clear instructions and support.
- You will provide full reconciliation calculations for any rejected invoice and/or partial rejection, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- You will provide customers with payment details such as credit note number, rejection reconciliation, and/or required information, facilitating smooth payment processing.
- You will ensure that all claim enquiries and requests are reviewed in line with the company's claim manual, policies, and procedures, upholding industry standards.
- You will answer queries regarding the verification and processing of claims, providing expert knowledge and support.
About You:
- You possess intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups, to efficiently manage data and reports.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills, building effective relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- You have a warm and friendly personality, delivering exceptional customer service and experience.
- You maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring quality work and minimizing errors.
- You possess strong customer communication skills, articulating complex information clearly and concisely.
- You can work autonomously, managing your time and tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
