About Acorn Rentals:
As a market leader in the replacement vehicle industry, we provide vehicles to individuals involved in motor accidents and recover costs from insurance companies.
We are seeking an experienced Claims Recovery Specialist to join our team at our Macquarie Park location.
The successful candidate will be part of a young professional team responsible for litigating and recovering demurrage claims nationwide.
About the Role:
This is an excellent career opportunity for someone with legal assistant experience and sound knowledge of Microsoft office.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and communicating with clients
- Negotiating with insurance companies and individuals
- Recovering costs from insurance companies and individuals
- Liaising with solicitors nationwide
- Drafting letters to clients, solicitors, and insurance companies
- Researching and compiling evidence for court
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, plus benefits including full training and further education opportunities.
Located in Macquarie Park, close proximity to public transport and a dynamic work environment.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
