About the Role:
Job OverviewDXC Technology Australia Pty Limited is seeking a skilled Claims Support Officer to join their team in New South Wales. As part of icare's major reset to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for injured workers, DXC will commence managing workers' compensation claims in 2023.
The successful candidate will provide crucial support to case managers in maintaining a registry of certificates, processing invoices, appointment management, and any ad-hoc business needs to ensure the success of the business and case managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of certificates, invoices, and appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate high levels of motivation, data entry skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Work effectively in a confidential and dynamic environment
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
