**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Administration Assistant to join our **Home & Ambulatory Services Team.**

To be successful in this role you must possess:

- Demonstrated competency in the use of Microsoft Office products including Access, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Able to enter data accurately into varying Microsoft Access Databases and Excel spreadsheets, which will be validated with reports generated for operational management
- Ability to co-ordinate activities and allocate priorities in an extremely busy department
- Understand and demonstrate the principles of working within a team
- Ability to manage patient records and filing in accordance with organisational and legislative policy and procedure.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain focused.
