**The opportunity**
The Resource Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing the recruitment, allocation, and scheduling of resources for projects across the Business Technology Services (BTS) division. This includes resource forecasting, resource capacity plans, resource schedules and budget planning to cover the Divisional Program of Works within the SRO IT Strategic Plan portfolios, program and projects.
Reporting to the Governance and Performance Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of fulfilling resource demands across BTS.
- Working closely with Delivery Leads, PMS and Team Leaders on resource needs.
- Representing BTS at Executive meetings on resourcing plans, risks and issues.
- Monitoring, measuring and reporting on recruitment outcomes and KPIs.
**Who we are looking for**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in resource planning and resource management tools.
- Extensive experience in continuous improvement in resourcing and recruitment practices
- High level stakeholder and management and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and be able to manage competing priorities.
- Program, Project or Agile qualifications.
