**The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne** is looking for an energetic and passionate HR Administrator to join our team on a **part-time** basis. This role will be responsible for overseeing HR administrative functions and ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 3 days per week, part-time, on-site role.
- Oversee day-to-day HR administrative functions, including managing employee records and onboarding processes.
- Provide support to internal ladies and gentlemen by addressing HR inquiries.
- Organize and coordinate training programs to promote professional development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining accurate employee records.
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation for onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Assist in planning and executing HR-related events such as employee recognition programs.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and other departments to address HR-related needs and promote a positive work environment.

**About You**:

- Full working rights required.
- Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources (desirable).
- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or related role.
- Preferred availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (negotiable).
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS or Payroll System.
- Demonstrates a keen eye for accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skill, ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel role is highly regarded.
