Branch Administration Officer

**10 Month Contract + potential for extension**
**Pay: $53.10 / hour + super**
**Location: Parramatta**
**About the Role**
The Branch Administration Officer will be responsible to provide high-level support to the Director of a leading state government department and ensure smooth management of appointments, events and Branch correspondences
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Coordinate high-level communications and correspondence including briefings, reports, submissions, and notes to ensure the comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timeliness
- Act as the point of contact for Energy Programs Branch, liaise with need stakeholders and action requests to coordinate communication, and proactively ensure responses meet deadlines
- Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders including Senior Executive offices across the Cluster
- Manage meeting schedule for Director Energy Programs
- Collate papers and reports for committees
- Supporting with other Branch administration tasks including but not limited to invoicing and record management
**Key knowledge and experience**:
- Experience providing executive support to senior executives or to other business management/administration role.
- Good understanding of digital communication methods.
- High level management of diary appointments, meetings and committees
- Maintenance of records and correspondence
- Deliver varying administrative duties to support the Director and Managers
