**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Anticipate Director's needs with a proactive daily reminder list and follow-up on action items
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics, including vacations and accommodations
- Assist in managing external property interests, including advertising, bookings, trades, and agent liaison
- Administer and support personal and family expenditure, including invoices and expense claims
- Offer preparatory support for meetings, including board packs (hard and soft)
- Manage asset and investment portfolio, including paperwork and transfers

**Skills And Experience**
- Executive Assistant experience gained working in a large organisation
- Knowledge of accounting packages - MYOB, Xero, Concur, Sage EM (desired)
- Demonstrated IT acumen and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Diligent Boards software (desired)
- Diplomatic, discrete and understands the importance of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
