Current expansion and structuring of the national sales force has led to an unusual opportunity for a highly experienced National Sales Manager to join their Australasian operation and lead a team of motivated and experienced sales professionals focusing on building their channel relationships.

**Your New Position**

***
- Leading a national team of relationship managers and BDM's, your skills will be focused on both protecting and expanding channel business.
- Defining key sales strategies and implementing these through your team, you will lead from the front, guiding and developing your talent to success and acting as the upper-level escalation in important vendor and customer engagements.
- You will leverage your superb mentoring capability to uplift the individuals reporting to you.
- Additionally, you will own the overall sales reporting function and be expected to deliver forecasting at both a local, regional and international leadership level.

**Experience Required**

- A background in sales team leadership within the IT arena, with deep understanding of the channel sales model and connections within the MSP, Professional Services and Reseller communities.
- A consistent history of sales target achievement
- You are described as a dynamic, creative and entrepreneurial leader with an eye for detail and a strong, inclusive management style.
- You can create and instill a vision within your team and focus on establishing proven selling methodologies and strategies at both team and individual levels.
- You are ambitious and seek a career with an organization that can and will offer you opportunity through your commitment and achievement.
