**Who are we looking for?**
We’re looking for a Federal Government Market Leader to join us and cultivate strong relationships with existing and new clients and delivery partners across our Federal Government key clients and pursuits. This is a senior leadership position that will sit in the ACT & Southern NSW region and will also be the Federal Government Relationship Manager nationally. Your ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment will be key to your success.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will
**see you involved in**:

- Developing a Federal Government growth strategy in collaboration with various groups and regions
- Delivering exceptional client experience (CX) and advocating to increase client engagement across Federal Government agencies
- Fostering relationships within Government agencies to address challenges being faced by Federal Government clients, together
- Leading business development initiatives in collaboration with other Regional Market Leaders, Service Line Leaders and Operational teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients

- **Strategy **- providing a vision and direction for the National Federal Government market, in alignment and collaboration with GHD’s wider regional and national/global teams.
- **Clients **- with a client-centric focus, you will be well-connected and influential across the Federal Government and have the skills to leverage existing client and partner relationships and identify new ones to continually evolve the sustainability of our business.
- **Markets **- ambitiously setting a high-growth trajectory, you build upon relationships and utilise data-driven insights to strengthen our market position, owning and converting key strategic pursuits across the value chain.
- **Projects **- contributing to GHD’s reputation and profitability through outstanding performance, you’ll take on project leadership roles, such as Project Director or Technical Director, as appropriate.
- **People **- a key member of the regional leadership team, you will create work environments where people feel pride and belonging, mentoring and coaching team-members in professional and commercial acumen towards higher performance.

- An exceptional ability to network andunderstand challenges to design innovative solutions, together with our clients
- An incredible ability to listen, deeply understand client needs and connect the dots internally so that we can support with the best technical capability.
- Extensive knowledge and experience collaborating with Federal Government agencies.
- An understanding of the Indigenous Procurement Policy and how we can work together with indigenous businesses so that, together we can deliver well for our clients
- A bias for action and the ability to confidently lead and win work underpinned by trusted client relationships.
- Proactive and inclusive leadership with proven ability to work,influence and support a diverse business.
- A quality and client focused mindset.
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability.
