Federal Government Sales Executive Leader

We're seeking an experienced Federal Government Sales Executive to join our team at UKG. As a leader in enterprise software sales, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and establishing new business prospects within the federal government sector.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise sales revenue through consultative selling skills and strategic account planning.
- Establish new business prospects through self-generated activities, conversion of leads, and participation in sales and marketing campaigns.
- Generate incremental business within existing accounts by selling additional licenses and modules across the organisation.
- Demonstrate strong sales discipline through accurate forecasting and meeting quarterly commits.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, and U Choose – a customizable expense reimbursement program.
As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in shaping the growth of our region and working with a highly successful team of sales professionals who deliver value and business optimisation solutions to our customers.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in hunting for new business sales in enterprise software sales.
- A comfortable working style in small team environments.
- Experience with a 9+ month sales cycle and consistently achieving over 100%.
- Ability to communicate and articulate clearly at every touch point internally and externally.
