**Role Overview:
**In this key role, you will lead, manage, and drive the Regional Account Sales team in Southern Region of Australia, including Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. Create and implement client and go to market strategies focused on growing the commercial segment markets. Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers in mid-market accounts. This position will report to the National Sales Director in Australia and plays an instrumental role in providing clear leadership for the business within Commercial accounts and ensuring long-term customer retention and loyalty.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop account and opportunity plans to achieve goals and exceed quotas.
- Guide and motivate the regional account managers to meet business objectives and ensure success of activities in the named territories
- Able to represent and articulate Fortinet externally in commercial accounts.
- Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
- Manage effective working relationships and cross collaborate with other Pre sales and Channel teams including Consulting Professionals
- Ensure strong pipeline and activities in sales opportunities. Consistently build plans and work with the Country lead on forecasts and pipeline delivery
- Drive new sales initiatives and new account penetration in the enterprise segment
- Coach and lead a team of sales professionals with varying degrees of experience
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree (with equivalent work experience).
- Min 8-10 years’ technology selling and sales leadership experience
- Proven ability to sell solutions to enterprise customers
- Experience in the security industry will be a huge advantage
- Proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
- Selling experience must include one of the followings: 1) Firewall/Core Security, 2) Cloud/End Point Security 3) NAC/EDR Security
